“The OSC Foundation has been instrumental in coordinating services and supporting community initiatives for the East Delavan community. They have strengthened community block clubs, recruited much needed service providers to Buffalo’s Eastside, and spearheaded workforce development programming that will assist people with connecting to jobs and training.
